Is your child eligible for our program?

Do you meet one of the following criteria?

  • Family income must be at or below the Federal Poverty Guideline (Click on the link below to view the Federal Poverty Guidelines)

​

  • Family is receiving Public Assistance (SSI Disability, TANF, SNAP)

​

  • The child has a diagnosed disability and/or an IEP/IFSP

Documents needed to enroll!

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  • Health Insurance Card

  • Proof of Income (w2, pay stub or dhs determination letter)

  • Proof of residency

  • Immuzations

  • TB Test (MANDATORY)

  • Renaissance Head Start health appraisal and dental form
